Welcome to Hanzi Fast Finder ("the Application"), a mobile application developed and owned by Daniel Yosilevich ("the Developer"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible mobile devices under your personal control. This license is granted strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Application (including but not limited to the underlying software code, UI design, text, data structures, and logos) belong exclusively to Daniel Yosilevich. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract components of the Application.
The Application is distributed as a paid product via the Google Play Store.
The Application operates completely client-side using a serverless architecture. The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Daniel Yosilevich be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Developer's place of operation, without giving effect to any choice of law principles.
